Obituary
Linda Jeanne Hofmann, 65, passed away on 6/9/22 in her hometown of Somerville, NJ. Her battle with serious medical issues in recent years showed her courage in facing life challenges as well as inspired her family and friends to be strong. Born April 8th, 1957, in Stroudsburg, PA to her loving parents Alfred and Patricia Hofmann. Linda had a passion for life and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She also had many talents including cooking and sewing which sparked her passion for food and fashion as a child that carried with her throughout her life. Linda attended college and pursued her bachelors of science from Mansfield State University. A customer service specialist by trade, she was a hard worker who completed her career at GE Heathcare. As a child, Linda truly loved spending summers at the camp which later grew into a passion for travel. Linda and her husband Keith had taken many trips centered around their shared love of the arts, music and history.
Linda is survived by her husband Keith Wiegand; step-daughter Dawn Bigelow & grandchildren Hunter and Emma; step-daughter Kimbery Ussia, husband Larry and grandchildren Katrina, Cole and Kelsey; mother Patricia Hofmann; sister Karen & husband Ray Morlock; brother Alfred L. Hofmann; nephews Ryan, Tyler & Brent Hofmann; niece Kandis & husband Matthew Mroz and their children Crystal, Julia, Constance and Matthew; niece Paige, husband Ian & their son Jaxson Miciek; nephew Cole Gonnella; and additional family members. Linda also was surrounded by many close friends in her life that will miss her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her father Alfred A. Hofmann; her sister Wendy Gonnella; and her grandparents Leon & Ruth VanAlstine and Adolf and Rose Hofmann.
