Juanita M. Polyak, 80, passed away on Tuesday evening November 26, 2019 in Cedar Grove Township New Jersey. She was born on February 2, 1939. Juanita spent the majority of her life living in Pittstown NJ. She worked at various locations as a bookkeeper.  She loved the Catholic Church and was a member of Our Lady of Victories Parish in Kingwood NJ. Juanita was an avid bowler and enjoyed her times with the Frenchtown Bowling League.  She was dedicated Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies fan and enjoyed watching the games.  She also loved to travel back to Minnesota to spend time with her sisters, nieces and nephews. A devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother, Juanita was kind, caring and generous and would go above and beyond for her family.  She will be missed by all who knew her.  

Juanita is survived by her loving children, Leonard (Michelle) Polyak Jr, Michelle (Doug) Bayliss, Catherine (Alan) Runfeldt, Edward (Reggie) Polyak, and Richard (Julie) Polyak. She will be sadly missed by her 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Juanita is also survived by her sister Barbara Keim.     

Juanita was predeceased by her parents, her loving husband, Leonard Edward Polyak (February 6, 2001), and her 11 brothers and sisters and 1 grandchild.    

Burial will be private at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Memorial Cemetery Wrightstown NJ.
