DUNELLEN-    Jose Caraballo, 30, died on Thursday, September 19, 2019.  He was born on March 16, 1989 in Newark, NJ to the late Miguel Angel and Amelia Caraballo.

Jose was a Graphic Designer.  In his spare time he enjoyed meditating and road trips.   Jose was very handy and generous.  There was not one time he was known to disappoint a friend in need.  Jose will be remembered as always being there for his family and friends.  He was a devoted son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend.  Jose was a "Dreamer".

Jose is survived by his loving sister Luz Caraballo, cherished nieces Jade Portillo and Delmy Martinez,dear aunts Carmen Ellis and husband Michael Ellis and Ana Supo, a cousin Meggaly Portillo, his puppy "Ghost" and a host of family in Peru.  He is predeceased by his parents.  

Viewing will be Monday, September 23, 2019 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm and Tuesday, September 24, 2019 from 10:00am to 11:15am at the funeral home.  Prayers will be conducted 11:15am on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at the funeral home followed by a cremation service at Franklin Memorial Park, North Brunswick, NJ
