Ina Coleman Obituary

HILLSBOROUGH-   Loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother & Great Grandmother, Ina B. Coleman, 87, entered eternal life on Saturday, August 1, 2020.

Ina was born and raised in West Virginia.  She was a graduate of Gauley Bridge High School Class of 1951.  Ina was employed as a Telephone operator for Bell Telephone in Charleston, West Virginia.  She married the love of her life, David L. Coleman.  Together they moved to New Jersey in 1965 and raised their family of 4 children.  Ina was a lifelong communicant of the Neshanic United Methodist Church, a member of the VFW Auxiliary of Hillsborough Post 8371, a member of the Hillsborough Senior Citizen Chapter A and an avid NY Yankee fan.  She enjoyed spending time going on trips with her friends and especially her weekly Friday night dinners with her family.  Ina was a kind and gentle woman who will be sadly missed by family and friends.

Ina is survived by her beloved husband David L. Coleman, her loving children John R. Coleman and wife Stacie, Donna Coleman and husband Mark Horr and Amy Westlye and husband Mark, cherished grandchildren Brittney and Rhiannon Coleman and a great grandson David John Coleman.  She is predeceased by her parents, a son David K. Coleman and her siblings Thelma Kessel, Elizabeth Pennington, Quanita Grosse and William.

All aspects of Ina’s traditional funeral will be private at this time.  A memorial service will be announced at a later date.  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Somerville Funeral Home 10 W.
