Waldemar Chamiolo

SOMERVILLE-          Waldemar Chamiolo, age 63, died peacefully on Monday, October 28, 2019 in Somerville, New Jersey. He was born on March 22, 1956 in Koprzywnica, Poland to his dear parents Teresa (Uchanski) and Wladyslaw Chamiolo. Waldemar immigrated to the United States residing in Manville and Somerville, NJ.  He was an educated man earning a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.  Waldemar had an interest in building and inventing new items. He enjoyed History, reading, gardening and traveling.   Waldemar also enjoyed the outdoors especially hiking. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother. Waldemar was loving, kind, caring and generous man who will be missed by all who knew him. 

Waldemar is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Lucja “Lucy” Chamiolo, his two daughters Sylvia Chamiolo of Connecticut and Paulina Praszek of Annandale, NJ, his mother Teresa (Uchanski) Chamiolo of Poland, grandchildren Daniel, Victoria and Julian and sister Barbara Zych of Poland.      

Waldemar was predeceased by his father, Wladyslaw Chamiolo.  

Visitation will be on Sunday, November 3, 2019 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Somerville Funeral Home 10 West End Avenue Somerville, NJ (908) 725-2079. 

A funeral mass will be held 9:00 am on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church 98 South Second Avenue Manville, NJ followed by burial at St. Bernard Cemetery in Bridgewater, NJ.
